Zombie Apocalypse or Ban on Drugs?

Recreational drugs always cause a stir and what better time to ban them than when strange cannibal behavior is happening across the country?

“Herbal Incense” commonly refers to Synthetic Marijuana.  Head shops are now being sued for selling these products (New York).  Technically legal in some states, K2 and Salvia are among the handful of drugs on the list to ban.

The following stores are named in the lawsuit:

Pavilion International in Buffalo and Commack
Look Ah Hookah in Rochester (2 locations)
Twisted Headz in Syracuse
Trip on the Wild Side II in Watertown
Rolling Fire Glassworks in Binghamton
Goodfellas Alternative Smoke Shop in Utica
20 Below/ This and That in Plattsburgh
Shining Star Enterprises in Albany
Giggles in Poughkeepsie
Village Sensations in Nanuet
East Coast Psychedelics in Oceanside and Commack
Daze Smoke Shop in Baldwin
